Aditya Chellaram is the newest member to the Featherlite Management Team. He comes with over 5 years of Real Estate experience in both India and the US. He has completed his BA in Business Economics at UCLA and has worked at several household names in the real estate world namely, CBRE, JLL, and The Wadhwa Group.

After a 1 year stint in CBRE in Industrial Leasing in Los Angeles, he returned to India to understand the local real estate market. He worked with a small property brokerage firm named, Redwoods Projects and closed several deals with Apple and Janalaxmi Bank during his tenure there. He then joined Featherlite Group as a Transaction Manager to lease out the Group’s marquee commerical asset, The Address in Bangalore. After successfully doing so, he handled the marketing of the Vaikuntam and Swargam, Featherlite’s CNBC Awarded Project in Chennai. In order to gain more experience in residential real estate and construction, he moved to Mumbai to work with The Wadhwa Group. Under the mentorship of Navin Makhija, MD of The Wadhwa Group he got great exposure into land acquisition, finance, marketing, and construction.

He then rejoined Featherlite Developers and has assumed the Executive Director position. He is now responsible for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Liasoning, Finance and HR.
